Design Consultations are available to clients online or as an in-home service if local to Twickenham (within a 5-mile radius, home visits beyond this distance may be subject to an additional travel charge).
Any extra consultation time required can be booked as an add-on service charged at an hourly rate of £65ph.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free & eligible for a full refund up to 48 hours before the consultation. Bookings cancelled within a 48-hour window will be subject to a 50% charge. In-person services are offered within a 5-mile radius of Strawberry Hill House, beyond that travel may be charged.
